Protect the aircraft and airports of the most important things to be taken




Law No. 28 of 1981 as amended by Law No. ......... year ............

Ministerial Decision No. 369 / h for the year 1978 on the civil aircraft registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt,
And supplements the Chicago Convention of the International Civil Aviation Organization.
The provisions of the attached law in civil aviation affair.

Eliminates the following: -
1. Law No. 19 of 1920 the government monopoly of airports.
2. Law No. 57 of 1935 on air navigation.
3. Law No. 639 of 1953 regarding the establishment of the approach and the transmission and security of airports areas.
4. Law No. 269 of 1959 concerning the organization of work at airports.
5. Fees issued on May 23 in 1935 to organize air navigation.
6. Decree dated May 5, 1941, setting the rules for air navigation.
7. Presidential Decree No. 1506 of 1958 concerning the regulation of aviation education.
Also eliminates all other text inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, and regulations remain the executive and making the existing force are not in conflict with the provisions of this Act to be amended or canceled.
Chapter One Definitions

Article 1: Definitions 1
Without prejudice to the provisions contained in supplements and documents International Civil Aviation Organization in the intended application of the provisions of this Act, the following words and phrases, meanings corresponding to each of them and described as follows:
1 - Republic: Arab Republic of Egypt.

The minister in charge of the Civil Aviation Affairs and entrusted with the tasks referred to in Article 173 of this law.
4. The Commission:
It is the entity for which a decision of the President of the Republic and its legal personality specializes in the organization and supervision of civil aviation activities at the national level and linked to the international domain in the framework of the general policy of the state.
5. President of the Commission:
President is competent management authority and entrusted with the tasks referred to in Article 172 of this law.
6. State of registration:
State recorded by the plane.
7 Chicago Convention:
The International Civil Aviation Treaty, signed in Chicago on December 7, 1944, and supplements its affiliates.
8 aircraft:

W design, production or export of aircraft or spare parts.
(C) to provide training services in the field of civil aviation.
(H) provide any other services related to civil aviation activities.
11. State of the investor:
The state, which is the main center for the management of investor business or permanent domicile.
